There is none to be worshipped except Allah and Muhammad is the messenger of Allah
this is our promise to Allah. We promised Him to worshipped only Him(AllAh) and we already believe and declare that our prophet Muhammad saw is the messenger of Allah. Everything that we do, believe and act, that opposed to this syahadah means we already break the promised to Allah.
As a muslim we believe we only can worshipped one god plus we have to be faith that Muhammad saw is the messenger of Allah swt. How to know that we only worshipping Allah and how to know that we really do what Allah want us to do? that is why Allah give us Al Quran through Jibrail a.s to His messenger, Muhammad saw. Thats is why there is a person name Muhammad being created and guided by Allah to show the example how to worshipped only Allah by following Al Quran. Allah already sent his messenger to this world for us to follow him. Allah already prepared the actor to act all His words in the Al Quran. MasyaAllah.
if a person declaring that he or she is a muslim they must already know and believe in this syahadah.
together we check whether we still keep our promised or already break this promise.
islam is beautiful, simple, and universal.
